Ricecrete is
an artistic realization of my
material experiments. Rice instead of sand
as an aggregate. The clock serves
as a symbolization of the
rice as an aggregate prolonged setting
and drying time of the concrete. Concrete as
surface of the clock is a reference to the
long life and durability of the
concrete material.
